The present invention relates to a method for inspecting a winding defect of a film. More specifically, the method for inspecting a winding defect of a film irradiating light to a winding unit of a film wound on a roll and capturing a portion where the light is irradiated to determine a low bright point having a predetermined size obtained in a captured image as the portion having a winding defect in order to determine the defect in real-time generated when the film is wound on the roll to prevent the film from continuously winding while the defect is left over.
