<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a street value flowchart creation device and a street value flowchart creation program which enable a user to easily recognize the flow of street value in a visual manner. <P>SOLUTION: A street value flowchart creation device comprises: a map data acquisition unit 28 for, for each street value evaluation section, acquiring map data in which topology information defining connection relations between the respective sections is set; a street extraction unit 30 for extracting the same lineage streets composed of straight lines and curved lines from the map data; a topology information acquisition unit 32 for acquiring the topology information; a combination determination unit 34 for determining combinations of sections to compare street value on the basis of the connection relation of the same lineage streets among the connection relations between the respective sections included in the topology information; a difference acquisition unit 38 for acquiring a difference of street value for each combination of sections; an arrow generating unit 40 for generating an arrow image from the difference on the basis of predetermined reference; and a display control unit 42 for displaying the arrow image on a street from a middle point of the section in a superimposed manner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
