<p>Provided are a static magnetic field coil device with good static magnetic field uniformity while avoiding cost increases, and a nuclear magnetic resonance imaging device (MRI device) which employs the static magnetic field coil device. A static magnetic field coil device (2) comprises a plurality of coils (2a) which are positioned on a common axis and which emit static magnetic fields within a prescribed region (8). The plurality of coils (2a) are positioned symmetrically with a plane which is perpendicular to a central axis (10) of the coils (2a) being a plane of symmetry (11). The further the coils (12a) are located, from the plane of symmetry (11), the longer the coils (12a) are in the axial direction, and the wider the coils (12a) are in the radial direction.</p> |
