FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalyst of selective hydrodesulphurisation of olefin-containing hydrocarbon raw material. Said catalyst consists of compounds of metals Co or Ni, Mo and Na or K, applied on carrier. Claimed catalyst contains bimetal complex compound of metals Co or Ni, Mo and Na or K, carboxylic acid, containing, at least, one carboxyl group and 1-20 carbon atoms; it has specific surface 180-350 m/g, volume of pores 0.3-1.1 cm/g, average pore diameter 5.5-11.0 nm.
