The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of ginsenoside derivatives and a composition comprising ginsenoside derivatives as active ingredients for skin whitening and wrinkle improvement manufactured thereby and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of ginsenoside derivatives and a composition comprising ginsenoside derivatives as active ingredients for skin whitening and wrinkle improvement manufactured thereby, which comprises a step of culturing a Lactobacillus panaxibrevis DCY 65 strain (KACC 91723P) in a medium with ginsenoside added. According to the present invention, ginsenoside derivatives is capable of effectively inhibiting melanin production, thus no side effects on skin with excellent effects in skin whitening and wrinkle improvement and with high stability.
