PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the influence of a difference in fuel composition among gas fuels on the combustion of an internal combustion engine in a case of filling the gas fuels different in fuel composition into a fuel tank.SOLUTION: A fuel supply system comprises: a gas fuel supply unit 40; and a liquid fuel supply unit 70. A control unit 80 includes composition learning means learning the fuel composition of a gas fuel filled in a fuel tank 42 if an engine 10 operates in response to an operation request for the engine 10 to use the gas fuel. Furthermore, the fuel supply system comprises fuel control means executing a gas-liquid injection control over the combustion of the engine 10 by injection of the gas fuel from a first injection valve 21 and injection of the liquid fuel from a second injection valve 22 if the engine 10 operates in response to the engine operation request to use the gas fuel and the gas fuel filled in the fuel tank 42 differs in fuel composition from the gas fuel filled therein during previous operation.
