摘要 <p>Provided is an organic-inorganic hybrid thin film solar cell, comprising: (a) a transparent electrode layer; (b) a p layer which comprises a conductive polymer and metal nanoparticles formed on the transparent electrode layer; (c) a buffer layer which comprises metal oxides formed on the p layer; (d) an i layer which comprises non-crystalline silicon formed on the buffer layer; and (e) an n layer which comprises non-crystalline silicon formed on the i layer; and (f) a rear surface electrode layer which comprises metals formed on the n layer. According to the present invention, PEDOT:PSS, which is the conductive polymer with higher energy conversion efficiency due to an increase in open circuit potential, and gold nanoparticles, which has a plasmon resonance effect to increase short circuit current, are hybridized to improve the efficiency of non-crystalline silicon solar cells; decrease interface defective density between non-crystalline silicon; deposit tungsten oxide (WO3), which is metal oxide to minimize deterioration in the performance of solar cells; and thus improve the overall efficiency of solar cells.</p>
