<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a collimator is separated from an X-ray tube in an X-ray generation device. <P>SOLUTION: An inclusion body 40 is installed in a casing 36, and the inclusion body 40 includes: an X-ray generation tube 42; a shielding container 44; and an insulating spacer 46. The casing 36 is formed with an opening 36C, and an insulating cup 52 is arranged in the opening 36C. A collimator 54 is arranged in the insulating cup 52. An X-ray beam 48 having a fan beam shape is formed by a slit 54A of the collimator 54. Since the collimator 54 is made to approach the X-ray generation tube 42, the X-ray beam can be formed in the casing 36. Also, the generation source of a scattering X-ray can be arranged in the casing 36.
