Through the saturated water generating device of the present invention, the high-temperature and high-pressure saturated water is generated by heating the high-pressure water, and then make the generated high-temperature and high-pressure saturated water explore instantly when it is heated, and then quickly intensive evaporation and formation of high- temperature and high-pressure steam flow as the power source.
