The present invention relates to a double micro channel tube, and a double multi-channel heat exchanger having the double micro channel tube and a heat exchange method using the multi-channel heat exchanger. More specifically, the present invention employs the double micro channel tube having an external micro channel tube and the internal micro channel tube inserted into the external micro channel tube in order to maintain low production costs and to enable a flow of a fluid to have a counter flow form to improve heat transfer capability.
