<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a striking device and striking method that can acquire accurate vibration data and can reduce operator's burden.SOLUTION: A striking device 1 includes a striking device section 2 and a circumferential movement setting section 3. The circumferential movement setting section 3 is connected to the striking device section 2, and the striking device section 2 is movably installed in the circumferential direction of a columnar structure. The striking device section includes: a striking section head 234; a solenoid 231 connected to the striking section head 234; and a control section 22 for performing control so that the solenoid 231 is driven with a predetermined voltage to press the striking section head 234 to strike the columnar structure.</p> |
