<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid gel cushion enabling obtaining an excellent support effect, and obtaining a heat radiation effect by replacing hot air and cold air.SOLUTION: A solid gel cushion 3 includes a first elastic quadrilateral body 31. The first elastic quadrilateral body 31 has elastic side walls 33 of four surfaces, formed by surrounding a space for supplying air and performing heat exchange. The first elastic quadrilateral body 31 has a bottom face and a top face formed so as to correspond to each other by the elastic side walls 33 of four surfaces. The bottom face and the top face are formed in an opening state, and are formed with a flow channel for circulating air. The elastic side walls 33 of four surfaces of the first elastic quadrilateral body 31 are connected with a second elastic quadrilateral bodies 32, respectively.
