PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat cushion which releases the compression to the whole area of genital organs of a male who is a professional driver or in charge of a desk work and is forced to sit for a long period of time, lessens the advancing of prostatomegaly, and contributes to prevent the enlargement from occurring. SOLUTION: A recess 2 having an oval shape and a sufficient depth, is provided at a location being slightly closer to the front side from the center of this seat cushion. Then, at the rear end section of the recess, a small notch is provided so that the contact feeling may become gentler. Also, by providing a larger thickness than a normal seat cushion, interference from the seat surface of a chair, on which the cushion is placed, is minimized. Thus, a structure, wherein the external genital organs are prevented from coming into contact with the bottom section while a user is sitting, is provided.
