The present invention relates to a fluorescent film capable of a high color reproduction by improving optical characteristics by using a substrate, as a barrier substrate, capable of improving permeability due to a nano pattern formed in the substrate. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fluorescent film may comprise: a phosphor film formed by containing a quantum dot; and a first and a second barrier substrate each disposed on both surfaces facing the phosphor film and each having a nano pattern formed on one surface.
