<p>The present invention is to provide a wire-driven type linear transfer apparatus with a tension maintaining unit, which can stably and accurately transfer a moving member to a target position using a wire. According to the present invention, a wire-driven type linear transfer apparatus comprises: a base arranged on a guide rail; a moving member installed to be straight moved to the base; a drive unit having a drive and a driven drum rotationally installed in both ends of the base, an operational wire wherein an end is coupled to the moving member by passing through the drive drum and the other end is coupled to the moving member by passing through the driven drum, and a rotational motor rotating the drive drum; and a tension maintaining unit. The tension maintaining unit comprises: a wire connection member coupled to the operational wire; a fastening member screwed to the wire connection member; a one-way clutch having an inner wheel coupled to the fastening member and outer wheel coupled to the inner wheel to transfer a rotational force to only a direction pulling the wire connection member; a connection rod coupled to the outer wheel of the one-way clutch; a cam machine to rotate the connection rod to a direction wherein the outer wheel of the one-way clutch idles when the moving member moves; and a tension control spring increasing tension of the operational wire by applying an elastic force to a direction wherein the connection rod is returned.</p> |
