<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel therapeutic means of advanced recurrent colon cancer which cannot be excised.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a therapeutic agent of colon cancer obtained by a combination of an anti-PROK1 antibody and an anti-VEGF antibody, and the therapeutic agent obtained by a further combination of at least one anticancer agent selected from irinotecan, cetuximab, 5-fluorouracil, oxaliplatin and panitumumab.</p> |
