<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom unit formed of a member requiring no large mold, and having an avoidance part for avoiding a beam of a building, a joint member, and a method for manufacturing the bathroom unit.SOLUTION: A bathroom unit 10 comprises an avoidance wall panel 12A formed by cutting off an avoidance part 18 for avoiding a beam of a building from a fixed-shaped wall panel 12, an avoidance ceiling panel 14a formed by cutting off the avoidance part 18 for avoiding the beam from a fixed-shaped ceiling panel 14, an avoidance side wall panel 16A formed by cutting off the avoidance part 18 for avoiding the beam from a fixed-shaped sidewall panel 16, and a reuse panel 71 formed by joining a separate wall panel 12B cut off from the wall panel 12 as the avoidance part 18 and a separate wall panel 14B cut off from the wall panel 14 as the avoidance part 18 to each other to form a right angle shape in a side view, for closing an opening part formed by the avoidance wall panel 12A, the avoidance ceiling panel 14A and the avoidance side wall panel 16A.</p> |
