<p>The present invention relates to an image display device preventing a flicker caused by data remaining and a driving method thereof. The image display device according to the present invention comprises a display panel defining pixels by multiple gate lines and multiple data lines; a gate driver selectively operating multiple gate lines by a first voltage, and stopping operation of the multiple gate lines; a data driver supplying a data voltage to the multiple data lines; and a timing controller supplying the first voltage and the second voltage, supplying data for reset to the data driver, when the reset is needed after determining requirement of reset, and supplying the first voltage by replacing the second voltage to select the pixels of entire area of the display panel by the gate driver.</p> |
