Disclosed is a spot welding method for a panel. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method includes a welding hole processing step of processing a welding hole on a complex panel made of complex materials; a panel placement step of placing a metal panel in a lower part of the complex panel; an attachment member applying step of applying an attachment member to an upper surface of the complex panel around the welding hole; a welding member installing step of installing a welding member on the complex panel in an upper part of the welding hole; and a welding step of spot welding the metal panel and the welding member.
