The present invention relates to a foldable cargo screen to be applied to a vehicle and, more specifically, to a foldable cargo screen having a handle to facilitate the use, storage, and carriage with the installation of a handle on the foldable cargo screen. More specifically, the present invention relates to a foldable cargo screen having a handle, including: a screen; a screen housing for covering the circumference of the screen to be joined; a handle part inserted into one side of the screen housing to protrude outward; a coil spring connected to one tip of the handle part; and a switch to control the operation of the handle part.
