The present invention relates to a valve for optimally controlling the temperature of coolant flowing into a fuel cell stack for a stable operation of a fuel cell stack. Provided is a valve for controlling stack coolant of a fuel cell vehicle which is capable of preventing water leakage and improving durability, by realizing a new type of seal system capable of delivering a perfect sealing function while minimizing friction of a plunger shaft through shape and structure modifications of a seal for sealing of the plunger shaft, and promoting a cost-saving effect due to a reduction in the number of components and structural simplification by deleting periphery components by securing performance of the seal.
