<p>The present invention provides a subway safety foothold disposed in a space between a platform and a train to prevent passengers getting on or off the train from stepping into a space, wherein the subway safety foothold includes: a plate-shaped foothold main body of which one end is connected to a lower sidewall of an end of the platform through a hinge shaft; an elevation part installed in the lower sidewall of the end of the platform to allow the main body to be rotated; a height measurement part to measure a height of the train to output a signal corresponding to the measured height; and a control part to adjust the height of the main body by receiving the signal outputted from the height measurement part, grasping the height of the train, and outputting a control signal in correspondence to the height of the train. According to the present invention, the subway safety foothold is linked with the opening of a train door and disposed between the train and the platform to prevent an accident, and the height adjusted in response to a difference in level between the train door and the platform.</p> |
