The present invention relates to an apparatus to open and close a bow thruster in a radial structure. The apparatus to open and close a bow thruster installed in a bow thrust tunnel comprises: at least one motor; a rotation unit surrounding the bow thrust tunnel, having a gear groove connected with the motor and formed on an outer surface thereof, and rotating a circumference of the bow thrust tunnel by the motor at a predetermined angle; and a plurality of rotation covers arranged along a circumference of the rotation unit at regular intervals, opening and closing an opening by the rotation of the rotation unit. Therefore, the apparatus to open and close a bow thruster in a radial structure can quickly open and close the opening of the bow thrust tunnel.
