PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sand composition that hardly produce crack even in a cold and dried desert region, and to provide a structure construction method.SOLUTION: The sand composition comprises (a) a modified hydrophilic polyurethane resin, (b) water, and (c) sand, and is characterized in that the ratio of the weight of (a) to the total weight of (a) and (b) is in a range of 8 to 20 wt.%. The sand composition may comprise, for example, a light stabilizer. The light stabilizer may include, for example, a hindered amine-type light stabilizer comprising hindered amine group. The concentration of light stabilizer in the sand composition may be, for example, in a range of 0.005 to 1.0 wt.%.
