PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a customer service for notifying a customer of information on insurance under a contract together with get-well greeting after disaster occurrence so as to increase reliability by a prompt contact with the customer after the disaster occurrence.SOLUTION: The information processing device comprises: a disaster information acquisition unit for acquiring disaster-stricken area information on a disaster; a first determination unit for determining whether an address of a customer is included in the disaster-stricken area on the basis of the disaster-stricken area information and address information on the customer; and a notification unit for, when it is determined that the address of the customer is included in the disaster-stricken area, notifying a person in charge to prompt get-well greeting and notification of insurance information to the customer. |
