PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce insurance products to a customer efficiently.SOLUTION: An information processing method includes processing of: (A) specifying a first product classification to which a product which is stored that a customer bought it, belongs; (B) specifying an insurance product related to a second product classification which matches or is similar to the specified first product classification; (C) and transmitting the stored information about the specified insurance product to an address of the customer. Even when display of part of a sentence which should be determined whether a user has read the sentence or not disappears in a midway, it can be determined whether the user has read the sentence or not, correctly. |
