PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine capable of facilitating manufacturing and processing of a block on an engine body side, and capable of facilitating sharing of the block on the engine body side with an internal combustion engine into which a clutch device and a hydraulic operation actuator are not assembled.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine includes a pump block 107 having an oil pump P3 compressing and feeding oil, and a hydraulic operation actuator 101 controlling hydraulic pressure of oil compressed and fed from the pump block 107 and supplied to a clutch device. The hydraulic operation actuator 101 is attached onto one side surface of the pump block 107 to constitute an oil pump unit 109. The oil pump unit 109 is detachably attached to an engine body.
