<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-articulated robot capable of enhancing cleanliness by preventing and restraining the situation where dust is discharged to the outside from the inside of an arm element via a cavity of revolving around a second rotary shaft.SOLUTION: On a first rotary shaft 53, a plurality of sir vents 535 are radially created, which communicate with an inter-axial cavity S7 being a clearance between a through-hole 53a of the first rotary shaft 53 and an outer peripheral surface of a second rotary shaft 63 and linearly extend in the radial direction of the first rotary shaft 53. The respective air vents 535 are configured to communicate, via a narrow void S5, with a suction passage K which is formed inside a second arm element 4 and put under negative pressure.</p> |
