a machining program storage section for storing a machining program; a machining program analysis section for analyzing the machining program stored in the machining program storage section; a programmed path generation section for generating a programmed path based on a result of analysis by the machining program analysis section; and a programmed path compensation section for, if a shape generated by the programmed path generation section includes a concave arc corner portion, compensating the programmed path by inserting a path leading from an end point to a start point of the concave arc along a path inside the concave arc and leading from the start point to the end point of the concave arc on the concave arc again.
