The present invention relates to a vegetation inducing mat assembly, a vegetation inducing core assembly and a method for establishing a foundation using the same wherein the vegetation inducing mat assembly includes a horizontal vegetation inducing mat installed on plants or on the lower part on the circumference of the plant on the ground; and a plate-shaped boundary vegetation inducing mat installed at the circumference of the root of the plant which is curved with respect to center. Accordingly, the vegetation inducing mat assembly and plate-shaped boundary vegetation inducing mat grow the root of the plant quickly, while inducing a direction of the growth root, and preventing the root from damaging surrounding stones, sidewalk and roads.
