摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely teach a robot without contacting.SOLUTION: A first convex lens 8 is arranged at a first junction part 4a of a guide part 4, and a half-mirror 9 and a second convex lens 10 are arranged at a center part and a lower part in the guide part 4. Reference guide light S emitted from a first optical fiber 5 is deflected to an opening atop the guide part 4 by the first convex lens 8 and half-mirror 9, and further converted by the second convex lens 10 into parallel light, which is emitted to a work W. Further, a third convex lens 11 is arranged at a second junction part 4b of the guide part 4, and a total reflection mirror 12 is arranged at an upper part in the guide part 4. Adjustment guide light R emitted from a second optical fiber 6 is deflected to the opening atop the guide part 4 by the third convex lens 11 and total reflection mirror 12, and further temporarily converged by the second convex lens 10 nearby the opening of the guide part 4 and then diverged to be emitted to the work W.</p>
