PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate the burden of stationary blade assembly work.SOLUTION: A stationary blade segment includes: a plurality of stationary blades 20; a constraint member 40 engaged with radially inward portions of the stationary blades 20 and constraining the radial movement of the stationary blades 20; and a pin 60 constraining the movement of an end stationary blade 20a in a circumferential direction Dc with respect to the constraint member 40. A cylindrical pin insertion hole 49h into which the pin 60 is inserted is formed in the constraint member 40, and a pin groove 29 into which a tip end of the pin 60 is fitted is formed in the end stationary blade 20a. The pin 60 includes an insertion portion 61 formed into a cylindrical shape and inserted into the pin insertion hole 49h; a groove insertion portion 62 formed on one end of the insertion portion 61 and fitted into the pin groove 29; and a flange portion 63 formed on the other end of the insertion portion 61, a size of the flange portion 63 in a direction perpendicular to a pin axis Ap being larger than an inside diameter of the cylindrical pin insertion hole 49h. Part of the flange portion 63 is welded to a surface of the constraint member 40.
