The heater has several electrical heating elements which are held in a housing, to which heat-conducting surfaces are abutted. The blades are arranged at a height which is same as that of electrical heating elements. The support plate (20) and punched metal machined plate (10) are connected to plate element for electrical connection of heating elements. The contact tongue receptacles (13) are formed in contact tongues, such that the tongues are connected to plate element through conductor tracks.
