The present invention relates to a backlight unit and a liquid crystal display device comprising the same. According to the present invention, the liquid crystal display device comprises: a liquid crystal panel; a LED assembly including a plurality of LEDs and arranged at the bottom of the liquid crystal panel; and a reflection plate which reflects light emitted from each LED toward the liquid crystal panel, wherein the reflection pattern has a light pattern which protrudes from an inner surface so that the center gets narrow. Accordingly, the liquid crystal display device can reduce a number of the entire LED, is light, and has competitive price. |
