The present invention provides an apparatus for fixing a side of a roller blind, which comprises: a roller blind having a fabric which is installed on a roof panel of a vehicle to shade light, and enbles a user to open and close the fabric; a guide rail having a sliding unit to guide opening and closing operation of the roller blind; a noise prevention rail inserted into the sliding unit; and a fixing member attached to a longitudinal side of the fabric and accommodated in the noise prevention rail to be wound while moving in a longitudinal direction. According to the present invention, the noise prevention rail is provided to be fitted to a shape of the guide rail. As the fabric of the roller blind is connected to be mounted inside the noise prevention rail, a foreign substance is prevented from being stuck in the guide rail.
