<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a suspension forming which has enough strength for maintaining excellent operation stability. <P>SOLUTION: This is a method for forming a vehicular suspension which is formed by punching a pair of notches 27, 28 at an end of a flat plate material 26 in a longitudinal direction. Then, edges of the notches 27, 28 are processed by coining. Then, a beam 11 is formed by bending the flat plate material 26 so that notches 27, 28 may be respectively engaged with notches 20, 21. Then, notches 20, 21 are respectively engaged on the outer surface of a halfway part 10a of an arm 10, in this case, the engagement position is at least at the edge of the engagement notch 21 adjacent to a wheel 4 and at least an inner surface 21a at a part lower than the axis 10b of the arm 10 among the each part of the edges in the longitudinal direction is processed in coining so as to be in a face-contact condition on an outer surface of the halfway part 10a of the arm 10.
