<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a novel continuous conveyance and assembling device in which a component to be assembled and a component receiving part are put together at high speed while being continuously conveyed, and which is inexpensive and highly reliable. <P>SOLUTION: Substantially cylindrical housings H are fed one by one from a housing feeding part 3 above a substantially stick-like insulator 1 to face each other. The insulator I is gradually lifted and inserted into the housing H to be substantially assembled while continuously conveying both of the parts in a horizontal direction using an insulator conveyance part 2 and a housing conveyance part 3.
