A reactant used for reaction according to the present invention, especially, alcohol used as a reactant, can be removed from the inside of a container. At the same time, a method according to the present invention can be effectively performed with little effort and low cost. An expensive additional measure or additional component is not required. After the method is performed, excess moisture which remains in the container and doesn′t matter, can be treated accurately and reproducibly. Provided is an effective, simple, and inexpensive option for removing water chemically combined from the inside of a transport/storage container for used fuel elements. |
