The present invention relates to an antistatic coating composition and an antistatic protection film using the same. The antistatic coating composition includes: (a) silica nanoparticles; (b) an acrylate resin; (c) a conductive polymer; (d) a photoinitiator; and (e) a solvent. According to the present invention, an antistatic coating layer formed in the antistatic protection film has excellent surface resistance and light transmittance as well as a predetermined haze value.
