<p>The present invention relates to a picker mounted on a pick-and-place device for transferring an element to absorb the element. The picker comprises: a body having a main through-hole; a rod of which the tip is joined to a pickup head inserted into the main through-hole to be slid to pick up the element using vacuum pressure by hydraulically driving to linearly move back and forth; and a static electricity eliminating part joined to the rod to eliminate static electricity charged in the rod by coming in contact with other members when the rod moves against the body.</p> |
