<p>The present invention relates to a method for effectively measuring a noise level in a capacitive touch sensor and, more specifically, comprises: a step of measuring a change amount using two contiguous sample data of sample data collected from nodes of the capacitive touch sensor; a step of counting the number of times that the measured change amount reaches a threshold value or above for a predetermined period of time; and a step of recognizing as a noisy environment if the counted number of times is a predetermined number or higher. In addition, the present invention relates to a module for effectively measuring a noise level in a capacitive touch sensor and, more specifically, comprises: a change amount measurement unit which measures a change amount using two contiguous sample data of sample data collected from nodes of the capacitive touch sensor; a level measurement unit which counts the number of times that the measured change amount reaches a threshold value or above for a predetermined period of time; and a level determination unit which recognizes as a noisy environment if the counted number of times is a predetermined number or higher. According to the method and module for effectively measuring a noise level in a capacitive touch sensor that are proposed in the present invention, a noise level is measured by the number of times that a change amount of sample data is a threshold value or above, and the environment is recognized as a noisy environment if a lot of times that the change amount reaches a threshold number or above are counted. Therefore, a touch screen system can be effectively operated by separating a noise mode in a noisy environment and a normal mode in a general environment.</p> |
