According to an embodiment of the present invention, a lighting device may comprise: a case which is continuously arranged on the side of a road to be tilted at a predetermined angle in accordance with the linearity of the road and is opened by one side facing the road; a support arranged under the case to support the case; a reflective plate arranged inside the case to provide minimum safety brightness for a vehicle by making the light of the headlamp of the vehicle be reflected from the road through the opened side; a light emitting device arranged on a lateral side of the case to increase the brightness provided for the vehicle; and a solar cell arranged on the top of the case to supply power to the light emitting device with the use of solar energy.
