The present invention relates to an apparatus for stacking a palette with a new structure capable of having a simple structure, and occupying only a small space. According to the present invention, the apparatus for stacking a palette comprises: a supporting frame (10) equipped to be vertically extended; a supporting arm (20) combined with the supporting frame (10) to be lifted and to switch a direction thereof; a lifting driving mechanism (30) to lift the supporting arm (20); a direction adjusting mechanism (40) to adjust the direction of the supporting arm (20); and a transfer head (50) equipped in the front end of the supporting arm (20), and to which the circumferential surface of a supporting plate (1) wherein a product is arranged to form the supporting plate (1) in the upper surface by an alignment apparatus (A) is fixed.
