摘要 The present invention a portable artificial kidney dialysis system of a continuous playback method, which removes uremic materials from an internal body through continuous playback on a dialysate on the basis of peritoneal dialysis. The portable artificial kidney dialysis system according to the present invention comprises: a catheter which has a double pipe to inject and discharge a dialysate; an uremic material charge providing module which performs ionization by enzymes and electro-chemical decomposition and attaching of charged materials for uremic materials contained in the dialysate extracted from the abdominal cavity through the catheter; a discharge module which separates and discharges ions and impurities generated due to ion concentration polarization; a dialysate solute adding module; a storage container which extracts and temporality stores excessive moisture contained in the ions and the impurities separated and discharged from the discharge module; and a control module which controls the function of the uremic material charge providing module, the discharge module, the dialysate solute adding module, and the storage container. According to the present invention, dialysis into the abdominal cavity can be performed continuously without replacing dialysate to be used, so that a patient can get a checkup at the hospital about once a month, with decreased burden to the body, well controlled blood pressure, little limitation on food intake and freer lifestyle at work and on travel.
