PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the convenience of a workflow function in an information apparatus.SOLUTION: An information apparatus capable of setting a workflow for sequentially executing multiple processing programs detects the existence of a fault on processing by the processing program when executing each one of the multiple processing programs after the start of a workflow operation. When the existence of the fault is detected, an alternative program being the processing program having a function similar to the processing program whose execution is to be disturbed by the fault is allowed to be executed in place of the processing program, so as to enable the workflow operation to continue. Then, data obtained as the processing result by the processing program that has been executed before the execution of the alternative program among the multiple processing programs is preserved. |
