According to the present invention, a clutch pedal comprises: a pedal arm (1) having a pedal stroke around a pedal hinge shaft (1-1) as a rotation center; and a collision switching lever (40) which turns clockwise around the pedal hinge shaft (1-1) as a rotation center when a pedal member (3) joined to the pedal hinge shaft (1-1) is pushed and presses the pedal arm (1) to make the pedal arm (1) turn clockwise around the pedal hinge shaft (1-1) as a rotation center. Therefore, the clutch pedal prevents a leg of a driver from getting injured in a collision and provides a reverse rotation type driver injury prevention function without changing the structure unlike an existing pedal with the application of a simple mechanism for joining the collision switching lever (40) to the pedal hinge shaft (1-1) of the pedal arm (1).
