<p>According to the present invention, a sub-frame module (1) comprises: a sub-frame (10) which comprises an upper plate (10-1) and a lower plate (10-2) combined in a boxing type and is penetrated by one or more vehicle body mounting holes (11, 13) having burring bosses (11-1, 13-1) perpendicular to the circumference of a hole; and a mounting bush (20) which has a hook flange (23-2) hooked to an outer pipe (23) press-fitted to the vehicle body mounting holes (11, 13) together with the burring bosses (11-1, 13-1). The present invention has advantages of removing an additional cup made of a steel material requiring welding which leads to corrosion, reducing weight in accordance with the removal of the cup made of a steel material and realizes a sub-frame modularization and a process simplification in accordance with the omission of the welding process.</p> |
