PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a kitchen including a steam type cooking appliance reducing preparation of water for steam cooking, and labor of boiling water, decreasing waste of a cooking operation, and facilitating cleaning a chamber. ! SOLUTION: A kitchen 1 includes a steam type cooking appliance 7 on a worktop 3 of a kitchen cabinet 2. The steam type cooking appliance 7 includes: a cooking chamber 14 comprising a peripheral wall part 12 extended downward from the worktop 3 and a bottom wall part 13; a lid part detachably mounted on the upper side of the cooking chamber 14; a steam supply part 18 for supplying steam for cooking food into the cooking chamber; and a discharge port for discharging moisture content and oil content dropping into the cooking chamber 14. !
