<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent enlargement of a cell mass when carrying out suspension culture of a plant cell, and to prevent the enlargement of the cell mass especially when carrying out the suspension culture of an endosperm cell of a plant of the genus Jatropha or a plant of the genus Vernicia. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid culture medium for the suspension culture of the plant cell is added with gibberellin. Gibberellin A<SB POS="POST">3</SB>is used as the gibberellin, and the concentration thereof added is 0.5-1.5μmol/L. Furthermore, there are provided the liquid culture medium for the suspension culture of the plant cell in which cytokinin and auxin are added, and a method for the suspension culture of the plant cell utilizing the liquid culture medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
