The present invention relates to a pedal exercise device capable of being installed in a narrow space, and being rotated in various directions as well as providing an exercise. To this end, the present invention comprises: a case composing an exterior; a driving portion installed in the case, and moving along a preset route; a route portion installed in the case, and guiding the route of the driving portion; and a pedal portion connected to the driving portion in order to make the driving portion be rotated and moved along the route portion.
